Making sense of things,
together

Offering therapy and parent training for adults, teens, and families in Rhode Island or virtually across 43 states.

A different approach, not more effort.

Whether it's noisy anxiety, an intimidating diagnosis, the strain of parenting, or a bumpy season of life, struggle usually means you don't have what you need. It doesn't mean you haven't tried hard enough.

Therapy is a chance to let go of what you've outgrown, look through new lenses, and build new understanding. As you relate to your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors in different ways, you'll create room to do things differently.

With training in clinical, school, and health psychology, I’m ready to engage with what’s not working wherever it shows up: at home, at school, at work, or in your body. My aim is for us to make sense of it together, in a way that helps you move in the direction you want to go.

Here to walk with you.

At its core, my work is about being truly with you, what is meaningful for you, and what happens in our process of exploring it together. In this way, we can engage with the things that may be intimidating to sit with alone and find new ways to move forward.

A few ways I might help

Holding It Together

Supporting people who are managing on the outside and quietly exhausted by anxiety, unsatisfying relationships, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the effort of acting the part.

Health, Pain & Illness

Helping you navigate the emotional demands of diagnosis, treatment, and change when your body isn’t the way it once was, or the way you thought it would be.

Children, Teens, & Parents

Working with children and teens directly, or with parents alone, to weather the anxiety, big feelings, and neurodivergence that families navigate. This includes SPACE, a parent-based treatment for child anxiety that doesn't require your child to attend.
